This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and knowledgeable 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician to join our ITDepartment.
Responsibilities
The 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician will provide advanced technical support and act as the senior escalation point forthe IT Support team. The post holder will resolve complex incidents, support the school’s core systems, and workalongside the IT Systems Engineer to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. The role balances day-to-day escalated support with involvement in system maintenance and improvement projects.
