Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment within the Defence and National Security Technology industry, including Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Software Development, and Network Engineering.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on expanding business opportunities.
3. Mentor and support junior staff members.
Candidate Profile
* Proven success in recruiting for Defence and Security Technology sectors.
* Experience in Contract or Permanent recruitment, with a focus on Permanent roles.
* Driven and sales-focused with a desire to succeed in a buoyant market.
