Compass Group – First Travel Site at This Airport About the Role We’re opening a brand-new Costa Coffee at Glasgow Airport, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new from day one. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where speed, service and quality are everything. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, running your own shifts and leading from the front. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be making coffee, preparing food, supporting the team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience before heading to the gate.
