The Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands‑on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
* A General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
* A General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
* The ideal candidate will be from a full‑service restaurant.
* Experience with managing a large team is a must.
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant.
