Job Title: UK & EMEA Demand Planning Manager Location: Nottingham Contract: Perm Closing Date: Wednesday 28th May 2025 Recruiter: Noaman Hussain About the role We have an exciting opportunity to shape the demand planning strategy for No7 Beauty Company brands in the UK & EMEA region. You will help ensure product availability, enhance forecast accuracy, and drive commercial success. Supply Chain plays an important role in No7 Beauty Company, operating end to end across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Distribution activities. We work in partnership with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the delivery of our brands to both customer and consumers is efficient. The UK & EMEA Demand Planning Manager develops and executes an accurate demand forecast to lead operational excellence, improve inventory levels, and ensure product availability across key markets. You will play a critical part in balancing supply and demand, collaborating with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver an excellent planning process. You will be analytical and able to drive data-driven decision-making within a beauty industry environment. This is high impact and visible management role reporting into the Regional Supply Chain Director and leading a team of 5 people. Key responsibilities include. Lead the demand planning process for the UK & EMEA region, ensuring accurate forecasts to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Develop data-driven demand forecasts by analysing historical sales trends, market insights, and promotional activities. Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate customer and market intelligence into the demand planning process. Partner with supply planning teams to ensure agreement between demand forecasts and stock availability. Improve forecasting accuracy through data analytics, system enhancements, and best practices. Lead the UK & EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and in particular regional demand agreement, ensuring governance and accountability, decision-making and supply chain / commercial agreement. Identify risks and opportunities in demand fluctuations and provide recommendations to reduce potential impacts on service levels. Use our demand planning tools (E2Open / Sofco) and systems (SAP / BI) to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency. Support new product launches by ensuring demand forecasts (including scenario planning) align with marketing and commercial plans, track and review performance. Foster team development by implementing structured training and development plans while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Identify, lead and manage ad hoc projects and initiatives What you'll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. Experience demand planning and supply chain, in the beauty, FMCG, or retail industry. Degree educated or corresponding professional qualifications A leader who can build and develop motivated, empowered and high-performing teams Interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel (experience with E2Open, Sofco and SAP). Collaboration and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams. Leadership of S&OP framework to drive operational efficiencies and agreement Able to present and communicate with a variety of audiences.
