A leading, fast-growing group is seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic UK legal team. This highly commercial role offers broad exposure and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
The Role
* Advise, draft & negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, software, OEM)
* Support governance frameworks and exec/board processes
* Involvement in M&A projects as part of growth strategy
* Partner with senior stakeholders across procurement, compliance & operations
* Manage two paralegals handling litigation matters
About You
* 5+ PQE (in-house or mixed background)
* Strong commercial contracts experience
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing juniors
* Agile, business-focused approach
