We’re looking for skilled and experienced groundworkers with strong drainage expertise to join our team. The Role – Key Responsibilities We need all-round groundworkers who are confident in: Internal, external, and plot drainage – creating safe, level areas and installing site drainage stacks correctly. External works – including slabs, kerbs, and edgings. Digging footings and concreting. Reading and understanding levels and technical drawings. Carrying out daily plant safety inspections and reporting service requirements promptly (Dumpers/Rollers). Working safely around live services with strong knowledge of service avoidance techniques. Managing time effectively and taking a proactive approach on site. Cards & Qualifications Required CSCS Labourer or similar qualification Desirable Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience in groundworks, with strong drainage knowledge. CPCS/NPORS* tickets for plant (Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers). Experience working in gangs/teams (highly sought after). What We Expect Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
