We're currently recruiting a dedicated Chef Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
2. Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
3. Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
6. Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
7. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Our ideal Chef Supervisor will:
8. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
9. Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
10. Have experience managing teams in a similar role
11. Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
12. Have excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
