The Package:
1. Job Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B Outbound)
2. Location: Harrogate; Ripon
3. Salary: Competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 + 20% OTE
4. Monday to Friday
5. Hours: 9:00- 5:00pm
6. Full Time Perm position!

As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll introduce the brand, identify business needs, and deliver compelling sales pitches that drive results. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of sales strategy while learning the foundations of consultative selling and B2B business development.
What You'll Be Doing:
16. Researching target companies and identifying key decision-makers
17. Executing multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
18. Qualifying inbound and outbound leads for fit and potential
19. Delivering engaging product demonstrations and tailored solutions
20. Managing the entire sales cycle - from first contact to deal closure
21. Preparing proposals, handling negotiations, and closing new business
22. Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM
23. Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine strategy and improve lead quality
24. Providing feedback to improve messaging and sales materials
25. Meeting and exceeding targets for leads, meetings, and conversions
What We're Looking For:
26. Solid understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
27. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
28. Confident presenter with strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
29. Tech-savvy and experienced using sales tools and CRM systems (HubSpot a bonus!)
30. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline
31. Resilient under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
32. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
