Customer Care Operations Manager – Perth (PH1) | Leading 5★ Housebuilder
I’m looking to speak with an experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join a major 5★ housebuilder in the Perth / Tayside area.
This is a key role within the business, overseeing Customer Care Maintenance Operatives and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across live developments. You’ll play a central part in delivering first-class service, resolving escalations, managing technical defects and supporting NHBC/Premier/LABC claims.
What the role involves:
✔ Managing & developing the customer care team
✔ Diagnosing complex defects and overseeing remedial strategies
✔ Handling escalations and formal complaints
✔ Working closely with site teams, contractors & other departments
✔ Visiting developments and maintaining strong customer relationships
✔ Supporting NHBC / Premier / LABC resolutions
✔ Ensuring KPIs and quality standards are consistently achieved
What you’ll need:
🔧 Strong customer service background
🔧 Trade-related experience
👥 Proven people management experience
💬 Excellent communication skills
💻 Confident with MS Office
🏗️ CSCS (advantageous)
