The Role:
We are seeking an organized administrator responsible for managing the development and delivery of ICE Training public & in-house courses in the UK and abroad.
As an ambassador for ICE values, you will deliver a customer-first approach in all aspects of your role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Schedule, monitor, and administer all aspects of ICET public training courses, including online training and registrations in the UK and internationally.
* Manage ICET in-house training courses similarly.
* Register and confirm delegates for public courses, ensuring joining instructions are sent 14 days prior to the course.
* Inform delegates of cancellations 14 days in advance.
* Respond to client queries regarding training content, locations, and availability via phone and email.
* Source tutors and venues for training courses within budget.
* Administer eLearning LMS, including user setup and working with developers on issues.
* Provide cover for team members when needed.
* Arrange accommodation and travel for tutors as per the Tutors Handbook.
* Process invoices through the Purchase Order system for finance.
About You:
* Experience in training/events administration.
* Proficiency in database management and reporting.
* Budget experience is beneficial.
* Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
* Innovative and professional approach.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
