Job Description
* Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up to date.
* Resolve queries related to accounts payable in a timely manner.
* Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Manage multiple purchase ledger inbox
* Support in bank reconciliations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Previous experience working within an accounts payable or accounts assistant role
* Strong knowledge of invoice processing
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills
* Motivated to support the team
* Ambitious to progress
