Marketing Executive – Demand Generation (Part -Time, 15–20 hrs/week)
Location: Office -based (Woodbridge)
This is a hands -on marketing role focused on consistent execution and demand generation, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content that drives repeat website sales. You'll work closely with the founder and gain broad exposure across marketing channels while learning how marketing activity directly impacts revenue.
Core Responsibilities (Primary):
- Plan, build, and execute regular email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain a simple but effective email marketing calendar
- Segment CRM and mailing lists to improve targeting and relevance
- Review, improve, and help manage email automations
- Track website and campaign performance and contribute to simple dashboard metrics
Additional Responsibilities (Secondary):
- Write blog posts and SEO -focused content
- Create and schedule social media content
- Support paid advertising activity (Facebook, Google, Amazon Ads)
- Prepare and maintain B2B marketing collateral
- Support marketing projects including trade fairs, business trips, and presentations
Requirements Essential:
- Strong written communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable building structure
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms
- Commercial awareness and interest in how marketing drives sales
- Comfortable working in an office -based, collaborative environment
Desirable:
- Interest in technology or smart home products
- Experience using AI tools for content or productivity
