About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator with experience supporting a busy manufacturing team. You’ll handle day-to-day admin tasks while managing financial transactions and records in Sage. Accuracy, organisation, and a can-do attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration: filing, data entry, correspondence, and office support.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable using Sage.
* Assist with reconciliations, invoices, and basic reporting.
* Support production and finance teams with ad-hoc tasks.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous admin experience with accounting exposure.
* Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
* Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
