Overview
CCF School Staff Instructor (SSI) for The Marist School. Location: Sunninghill, near Ascot, Berkshire. Hours: 3 days per week, term time only, plus MOD paid days. Start Date: Ideally, 13th October 2025. Salary: FTE £25,158 prorated for these hours to £12,301.17 plus MOD stipend. The role involves launching and running the Contingent as part of the school's new Naval CCF programme, with a focus on effective organisation, communication, and adherence to MOD logistics processes.

Responsibilities
* Set up the Contingent and contribute to running the Naval CCF within the school curriculum.
* Work with MOD logistics processes and maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
* Support the development of high-quality provision and a positive, safety-conscious environment for pupils and staff.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working within MOD logistics processes is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
* Ability to contribute to programme development and maintain a supportive, values-led approach.
