Assistant Development Manager (Land & Partnerships)

As an Assistant Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Land & Partnerships team on a wide range of development projects. You’ll gain valuable, hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle, from identifying sites and assessing opportunities, through to planning and project delivery. Working closely with experienced colleagues, consultants and partners, you’ll build your knowledge and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the sector.
Responsibilities
* Appraise new opportunities and support early‑stage project work.
* Coordinate teams and contribute to procurement processes.
* Help manage timelines, budgets and risks.
* Build strong working relationships across the business and with external partners.
* Support the Land & Partnerships team on a wide range of development projects.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate in real estate, construction, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, eager to learn and confident working as part of a team.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel; understanding of the property or housing market is beneficial but not essential.

Other Information
The role is based at our Waterloo office, with a hybrid working pattern that includes time in the office and on-site. Peabody does not provide sponsorship as a licensed UK employer.
