What you'll do
You'll take pride in delighting our guests:
* Be responsible for daily food preparations, creating dishes from breakfast, lunch, dinner, to afternoon tea. Lead and supervise a team of Commis Chefs and assist the Senior Chef de Partie or act in their absence. Participate in menu planning, manage food and recipe costs, and train team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.
* Handle special requests involving dietary needs, off-menu items, or special occasions, fulfilling these responsibilities with professionalism and care.
Specific duties will be provided to ensure you understand how we care for our hotel.
