Overview
We're looking for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working out of our Walton-on-Thames office. You'll be supporting one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive and some planned maintenance services to our residents.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective work scheduling aligned with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
* Represent WPS at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
* Manage the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets.
* Monitor and manage material costs, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
* Oversee quality of work via inspections, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
* Lead and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet service demands.
Qualifications & Skills
* Full UK driving licence
* SSSTS qualification (minimum requirement)
* Proven experience in property maintenance or housing disrepair
* Strong supervision and leadership skills
* Solid understanding of relevant legislation and social housing regulations
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem‑solve, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
