Joining as First Line Support Engineer you will support over 200 users, providing both software and hardware support. You will work largely on Windows, Active Directory, EntraID, Intune and Office365.

What do you need?
* 1-2 years experience working as a First Line Support Engineer
* Experience across Azure Active Directory, Windows, EntraID and M365
* Experience with Intune and/or Mosyle (beneficial)
