Alliance is looking for a Commercial Associate to join our UK Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the Commercial Manager – UK & ROI and an integral member of the UK & Ireland Brand Team. You’ll help keep our commercial operations running smoothly, support our distributor relationships, and use your strong numerical and analytical skills to inform decisions that fuel growth, profitability, and brand performance.

This is a permanent, hybrid role based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire head office 2 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the UK & ROI business by:
* Assisting the Commercial Manager with delivery of financials, with a focus on driving business unit contribution
* Providing commercial insight and support to the UK Brand Team across trade activities
* Helping execute channel strategies and driving growth for priority customers
* Monitoring and influencing net sales and profitability metrics across all UK & ROI customers
* Delivering initiatives that support E-Commerce growth, including Amazon
What We’re Looking For
* Business Graduate
* Experience working within the Bricks & Mortar Pharmacy channel - Boots, Superdrug, Savers
* Exposure to Online Retail or Digital Marketing (desirable)
* Experience with Amazon (desirable)
* Strong numerical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and analytical skills
* Confidence in interpreting complex data and generating insightful recommendations
* Strong commercial acumen and a drive to win
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Outstanding communication skills
* A flexible and adaptable approach within a fast-paced environment
* Strong prioritisation skills and a commitment to personal development
