Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: BRIDGWATER Salary: £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview: We’re recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning for a fast-paced manufacturing business. This is a senior role, responsible for aligning planning, production, commercial, and procurement to deliver efficiency, resilience, and high levels of customer service. You’ll lead multi-layered planning processes (short-, mid- and long-term), manage inventory and service levels, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end planning with a focus on service, agility, and operational excellence * Manage OTIF performance and drive accountability across supply chain functions * Oversee short-term scheduling, S&OP, and long-term strategic planning * Ensure accurate and timely communication of order status and supply constraints * Align material availability, production schedules, and logistics to optimise flow * Work closely with Commercial to improve forecast accuracy and demand planning * Partner cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams * Introduce and manage supply chain metrics, dashboards, and performance reviews * Identify constraints and take proactive steps to resolve planning misalignments Experience Required: * Minimum 5 years in supply or demand planning within manufacturing * Proven track record in managing S&OP, inventory control, and internal alignment * Strong experience using ERP or APS planning tools * Advanced Excel or analytics capability * Demonstrated success in improving service levels and supply chain performance Key Attributes: * Customer-focused and service-oriented approach * Strong planning capability across multiple horizons * Clear and confident communicator with leadership presence * Hands-on problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset * Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment To Apply: Please submit your CV and we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.
