To deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute to the professional and corporate life of the school in relation to pupils, staff, and appropriate external bodies within the agreements of the SNCT.

PVG Membership
With effect from 1 April 2023, roles requiring a PVG membership will require candidates to meet the cost of the membership if the full‑time equivalent salary is £30,000 or above. The Council will initially pay the PVG membership cost (£18 for existing members or £59 for non‑members) and then deduct it from the first full month’s salary.

* Appropriate teaching qualification
* Full GTC (Scotland) registration in the appropriate subject/sector, or eligibility for such registration
