The Role
* We are seeking several Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our successful team.
* Work will be in various retail stores; travel will vary per shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous.
* You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, requiring a fast pace and high standards.
* Responsibilities include:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed.
Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable.
Transporting stock from warehouse to shop floor.
Supporting store replenishment tasks.
* Shifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and most nights. Availability can be set via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
* Clocking in/out is done through your smartphone using our RAS Dashboard.
* Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if staying away from home.
Key Skills & Experience
* Attention to detail.
* Basic fitness for manual handling and lifting.
* Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure.
* Retail experience is preferred but training will be provided.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
