Commercial Solicitor vacancy (4 years PQE plus):
The role:
This position is within our Commercial team but involves working closely with the Business Services Team on business development.
We seek a candidate with a strong background in commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection. The role can be tailored to your expertise or interests, with potential for fast progression and partnership.
You should be experienced enough to handle matters independently but will have support for complex issues or new areas. Engagement in peer discussions and mentoring junior staff is encouraged.
Our clients span sectors like technology and automotive, from large corporations to startups. Adaptability in approach and presentation is essential.
We value practical commercial acumen—delivering real-world solutions rather than purely legal perfection.
You will be involved in marketing and business development activities, including webinars, networking, article writing, LinkedIn engagement, client visits, and internal relationship building.
