We’re looking for a proactive, Team Assistant to support senior leaders in Capital Deployment and Real Estate Customer Experience (RECX). You’ll manage calendars, prepare meetings, and build clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations that support key business decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone with extensive executive support experience who’s ready to stay and grow in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.

What’s needed in order to do that:
* Provide comprehensive calendar and diary management for two senior leaders, including meeting coordination, scheduling, and agenda preparation.
* Develop and maintain high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use—applying strong design principles, storytelling logic, and visual clarity.
* Execute administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense submissions, document collation, and meeting logistics.
* Serve as a point of contact with customers, industrial agents, contractors, consultants, valuers, and other stakeholders.
* Take minutes and follow up on action items from leadership and team meetings.
* Support the preparation of client-facing proposals and offers alongside the Capital Deployment and RECX teams.
* Maintain customer and agent databases and ensure accurate digital record-keeping.
* Work closely with the Real Estate and Customer Experience teams to ensure integrity of asset data and project information.
* Liaise with executive and senior assistants across the business to align calendars, events, and leadership priorities.

* A highly experienced administrative professional with at least 5 years supporting senior-level leaders or executives in a business or operational setting.
* Adept at navigating fast-paced, changing priorities with poise, focus, and a solutions-first mindset.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong attention to visual detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with excellent formatting and communication skills.
* Organised and meticulous, with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with experience preparing polished agendas, summaries, and client communications.
* Discreet, trustworthy, and grounded, with sound judgement and a commitment to confidentiality.
* Motivated by purpose—you find satisfaction in supporting others and being a key part of a team’s success.
