The Role
As Santa Claus, you will be the star of our grotto experience, welcoming families, children, and even their pets into a festive and magical environment. You'll bring joy, laughter, and festive spirit while listening to Christmas wishes, posing for photographs, and handing out small gifts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, families, and animals, and who can embody the warmth, kindness, and jolly nature of Santa.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and interact warmly with children, families, and pets.
* Create a magical and welcoming grotto atmosphere.
* Pose for photos and engage with visitors in character as Santa.
* Distribute small gifts or keepsakes (provided).
* Work with the wider F.A. Entertainment team to ensure smooth running of the grotto.
* Maintain professionalism, patience, and festive cheer at all times.
Requirements
* A cheerful, friendly, and approachable personality.
* Confidence in performing as Santa and staying in character.
* Good communication skills with both children and adults.
* Comfortable around pets (including dogs, cats, etc.).
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in the run-up to Christmas.
Desirable
* Previous experience working with children or in entertainment.
* Experience in a customer service or performance role.
