Key Responsibilities:
* Support students across various year groups with their learning and development.
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support where required.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining a well-organised classroom.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is desirable.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
