Location: Bromsgrove
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE) depending on experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support students' academic, emotional, and social development
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
* Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
Requirements
* Previous school-based experience is essential
* Experience working with children with SEN is essential
* Positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
