The Medical People Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading independent, nurse-led renal care provider delivering life-saving kidney care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales.
As part of a respected international network of renal specialists, our client works in close partnership with the NHS, providing high-quality dialysis treatment in modern, welcoming environments using cutting-edge technology.
We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinically strong and operationally focused manager who is passionate about patient-centred care.
You will:
âś” Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic
âś” Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and patient-focused experience
âś” Lead and inspire a team of nurses and support staff
âś” Liaise with NHS Trusts and the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
âś” Drive and monitor quality improvement initiatives
âś” Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
âś” Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards (including KLoE)
âś” Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
âś” Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications
âś” CQC Manager registration (or willingness to obtain)
âś” Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis or renal setting
âś” Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
âś” A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
âś” Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
âś” Evidence of Continued Professional Development (renal care desirable)
