About Our Client
A new opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join an established business based in Guildford.
Job Description
3. To provide full administrative support to the team
4. Providing excellent telephone customer service
5. Onboarding of clients on to our systems
6. To maintain clients data including addresses on Glide, CCH, databases and portals
7. Dealing with daily post, scanning and saving and distributing to relevant team member
8. Maintaining and reviewing clients online accounts with HMRC
9. Maintaining client trackers
10. Preparing standard HMRC letters
11. Packaging and uploading of tax returns and any other documents to client portals
12. To assist with any other administrative and/or client work as and when required
13. To provide full administrative support to the team
14. Raising and issuing invoices/estimates and retainers to clients
15. Inputting external adviser/supplier invoices
16. Chasing client payments and issuing statements
17. Calling clients and assisting with payment instructions
18. Depositing client payments into bank
19. Maintaining/updating client/supplier details
20. Updating responsibility/team classes
The Successful Applicant
21. Candidates should have experience within a similar role
22. Able to commute to Guildford 5 days per week
23. Strong MS Excel skills
24. Good attention to detail
25. May have previously worked in accountancy firm but not essential
