We are seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, FI Planning & Analysis II to join our Legal Administration Group (LAG). This role can be based in Manchester, UK, with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input and maintain matter records and associated documents
* Enter legal vendor set-ups in the matter management system
* Perform docket reviews
* Support the eBilling team with invoice lifecycle management
* Liaise with law firms and in-house attorneys
* Track Alternative Fee Arrangements
* Support legal vendor management
* Perform various reconciliations
* Create and distribute financial reports
* Support special projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to adhere to deadlines
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proactively identify and resolve issues
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience
* Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred
* Familiarity with TyMetrix 360 and iManage is a plus
