We are looking for Junior Customer Support Engineer/ Trainee Photocopier Engineer to be based at our Swanley site (BR8 8TJ) This is a Trainee Photocopier Engineer role. You will be initially based in the workshop to learn about the products and then go on accompanied customer site visits with our Engineers and Delivery Drivers. You will be supporting the field service operation by preparing and delivering new equipment (photocopiers). refurbishing second-hand equipment and repairing customer’s equipment where there is problem or a fault. This is a great career opportunity to take first step on the road to becoming a full trained photocopier engineer, which we anticipate will take 1-2 years. We are looking for an individual with IT skills, practical ability in using tools, a helpful attitude, and eager to learn and progress. The role would suit a variety of backgrounds, for example: someone finishing a technical apprenticeship, or someone with an interest in repairing technical products, or a workshop engineer, however we welcome all applications. Locally based candidates with a full driving license and their own transport for getting to the site in Swanley are preferred.
