Agility is excited to be working with an industry-leading company in Chorley who are looking for a Purchase / Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and growing business and take ownership of the Purchase / Sales Ledger function.
* Process a moderate level of invoices onto the system
* Deal with and resolve sales/supplier queries
* Set up new suppliers on the system
* Supplier statement reconciliations including multiple currencies
* Liaise across departments to ensure a smooth running of the ledgers
* Produce weekly reports for the Finance Director
* Ad hoc administrative work as required
Required Skills & Experience:
* Solid experience in an Accounts position ideally within Purchase / Sales Ledger
* Strong knowledge of Accounting software and good IT skills including Excel
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
* Good time management and organisational skills are essential
* Strong attention to detail
