Description
As a Legal Assistant, you will support clients through the remortgage process, assisting with case handling, managing a high volume of calls from customers, banks, and third parties, ensuring each query is dealt with to a high standard.
You will request and process documents, update the case management system, and work towards targets and service level agreements.
If you are passionate about helping and supporting customers and thrive in busy environments, this role could be perfect for you!
Profile
Previous customer service experience, which could come from retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds.
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Professional and personable, able to build and maintain excellent relationships.
Ability to thrive in high-volume, customer-focused environments.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
An excellent team player.
Job Offer
Salary of £24,000+ plus monthly bonuses, within a reputable organization in Hull in the Legal Sector, with full training provided, excellent progression opportunities, sponsorship for further legal qualifications, no shift patterns or weekend work, 9am-5pm hours, excellent benefits, hybrid working, central location, fabulous offices and facilities, a collaborative team environment, regular incentives and socials, and an August start date.
