Key Responsibilities:
5. Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
6. Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHC plan).
7. Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement.
8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
9. Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists.
10. Track and report on student progress and development.
Requirements:
11. Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
12. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
13. A proactive, adaptable, andpassionate approach.
