The Role
Victoria House, rated Good by CQC, provides accommodation, support, and care for people with brain injury and complex needs. About you
No specific experience is required. We value your personality and values. We can train you to become a great rehabilitation support worker if you:
* Have genuine empathy, positivity, patience, and resilience to support residents through rehabilitation
* Enjoy teamwork and take pride in your work
* Have excellent face-to-face communication skills and good literacy
* Possess good time management skills and can prioritize tasks
