Account Manager – Mid Market
We are looking for an Account Manager to support in‑life management and retention for a well‑established Mid Market customer base.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain personal relationships with key clients.
* Identify new opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Keep churn within the account base.
* Increase cross‑selling/product penetration.
* Deliver outstanding customer experience.
* Manage profitability in line with commercial guidelines.
* Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
* Stay up to date on industry knowledge and undertake necessary training.
What we expect from you
* Deliver a proactive review strategy for all customer base.
* Drive upselling and cross‑selling and build a sustainable pipeline.
* Deliver a retention strategy to reduce churn.
* Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen to maintain margin.
* Develop long‑standing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Maintain a positive attitude toward customers.
* Be a team player and act with honesty, initiative, flexibility and confidentiality.
Qualifications
* Telecoms background essential.
* 5 GCSE passes.
* A‑Level or equivalent.
