About the Role
As an Account Manager at Zoetis, you'll be responsible for selling our world-class product lines to a variety of independent and corporate clients, from veterinary practices to farmers. Your key focus will be to develop meaningful, long-term partnerships that not only enhance Zoetis' reputation but also deliver on sales and market share growth.
In this field-based role, you'll be driving success through professional relationships, tailored solutions, and delivering impactful results.
What You'll Do
* Sell & Collaborate: Drive sales of our designated product lines to independent customers and key corporate accounts, including veterinary practices and farmers.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain robust account plans in collaboration with veterinarians, business consultants, and ABMs.
* Customer Relationships: Forge long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers using Zoetis' comprehensive product and service offering.
* Call Activity: Achieve required call coverage and frequency with target customers.
* Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales growth and market share targets.
* Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of business conduct and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
* Sales qualification (e.g., AMTRA) is desirable.
* Valid passport and driving licence.
* IT literate with standard business software.
* Experience in field sales, animal health, or a related customer-facing role.
* High frequency of travel within the designated region.
