You won’t be going it alone. The clinic benefits from the support of a dedicated night team at a nearby 24-hour hospital, which also provides access to advanced imaging, surgery, and ongoing case support. Who We\'re Looking For
We\'re after a vet with vision—someone ready to take the reins, lead a team, and build something special. You\'ll be committed to exceptional patient care and creating a great experience for clients, while also growing and developing your clinic and team. Experience in leadership or business is a bonus, but not essential—we’re looking for the drive and ambition to succeed, with the backing of experts to help make it happen.
Financial Benefits & Exit Options
* Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership
* Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years)
* Example: Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m*
* Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available
