Children's Home Manager – Warrington
Located in Warrington, this full‑time, permanent position offers a salary up to £60,000. The role is open to Deputy Managers seeking advancement or experienced Registered Managers who wish to join a forward‑thinking organization.
Responsibilities
* Act as Registered Manager, responsible for safe and effective management of a children's home.
* Support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
* Work with the Resident Inspector (RI) to ensure the service complies with OFSTED and company standards, maintaining the current Good rating.
* Recruit, develop and supervise a staff team, ensuring child‑focused support and positive outcomes.
* Address safeguarding concerns.
* Manage the home's budget.
* Work under the company's standards and policies.
Requirements
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
* Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
* Valid Driving Licence.
* Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager.
Salary
Up to £60,000 per annum.
