Role Overview

Are you a Graduate with a background in Biology or Science looking for the opportunity to take your first step into industry with a proven market leader in pest management? This company, founded in 1996, specialises in the prevention and control of pests within commercial and industrial settings, particularly in the food manufacturing industry.

This highly autonomous position will have you working in a regional patch, providing proactive pest control solutions to blue‑chip industrial and commercial clients. The role includes extensive training, clear career progression pathways, and the chance to increase earnings through overtime, commission and yearly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Pest prevention and management within commercial settings
• Fieldwork covering a regional patch
• Receive specialist training and career development support
• Use of company car/van with personal use allowance
• Increase earnings through overtime, commission and bonus structures
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate in Biology or a related Science discipline
• Seeking an autonomous role with opportunities for career progression
• Ability to cover the agreed regional patch

Salary Progression

• 1st year: £26,000
• 2nd year: £27,000
• 3rd year: £29,000
