Day to day, you'll complete EICRs, maintain and replace ventilation systems (MVHR, MEV, PIV), service emergency lighting, and handle general electrical upgrades. About you You'll thrive here if you: Are a qualified, time‑served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition. Have experience in domestic repairs, testing and ventilation systems. Enjoy working directly with customers and take pride in being helpful, respectful and reliable. Can use IT systems and PDAs confidently. Care about doing safe, compliant work and looking out for vulnerable residents. Are flexible, positive and comfortable working as part of a supportive team.
