PA to Head of Centre (Education)
Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire
Salary: £30-35k per annum
Hours: 9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday – Term Time only + 2 weeks in summer
Do you have exceptional organisational skills and a talent for keeping things running smoothly?
We are looking for a professional and proactive PA to provide first-class support to the Head of Centre in a respected educational setting.
This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of the Centre, managing the Head's busy diary, emails and handling sensitive confidential information and communications. You will be ensuring the smooth delivery of key priorities.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven PA /administrative experience (a minimum of 5 years experience - education experience preferred but not essential).
* Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
* Has an awareness of key relationships and has the ability to adapt to all stakeholders
* Thrives in a busy environment and can prioritise effectively.
* Works with discretion, initiative, and attention to detail as well as maintaining the utmost confidentiality
* Is resilient with great sense of humour
