We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service at the tills and on the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first: responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Maintain store safety and legality: keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Introduce new products and services, helping change feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
