Summary:
* An office-based role with oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Mechanical & Electrical systems, whilst managing the operational partnership of the M&E services provider and their subcontractors.
* Working under the direction of the Facilities Operations Manager, within the Property and Corporate Services Department, the role is focused on the delivery of high quality and uninterrupted M&E services.
Responsibilities:
1. Have operational oversight and assist the Facilities Operations Manager with daily work activities undertaken by the M&E services contractor within the premises. Be the interface between the wider business and the M&E Service Delivery Manager.
2. Manage and monitor the performance of the external Mechanical and Electrical contractor to ensure that helpdesk reactive tasks as well as Planned Preventative Maintenance are being undertaken and completed to a high standard.
