About the Role
Due to the continued growth and success of their Construction team, the firm is now seeking a Solicitor to support their highly regarded practice. The successful candidate will join a well-established Real Estate department with over 25 staff members, including five Partners. The Construction arm of this department is ranked in Tier 2 of the Legal 500.
The department specializes in Construction, Dispute Resolution, Planning, and Environmental law, and offers an exciting and varied caseload. The role will involve both contentious and non-contentious work, including but not limited to: advising on construction documents, industrial and health sector development, projects for household-name clients, as well as transport and infrastructure development.
Key Requirements
1. 2-8 years PQE with extensive experience in Construction law.
2. Experience in business development is an advantage.
3. Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team.
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality work.
