Fire & Security Project Manager Oxford Hybrid Working The Opportunity A leading engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level electronic security systems on a major life sciences campus development in Oxford. The project includes cutting-edge laboratories, research facilities and collaborative spaces, with a fully integrated security solution across the site including: IP CCTV Access Control Intruder Detection Video Management Systems This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically complex project with strong long-term career prospects. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the engineering, installation and delivery of large-scale security systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of enterprise-scale electronic security systems Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Managing project controls, installation quality and programme Producing RAMS, reports and technical documentation Ensuring H&S compliance and security standards Driving successful commissioning and handover Requirements Proven experience delivering electronic security projects Strong client and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of BSEN, NSI and H&S regulations Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems VMS platforms such as Milestone Understanding of IP networks and ELV systems Relevant qualification (C&G, HNC/HND or similar)
