If so, this could be your next adventure.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Produce and coordinate content shoots, working our village teams to enable shoot production with minimal disruption to our guests.</li><li>Champion our brand personality and tone of voice, shaping content guidelines and bringing distinctive storytelling to each village location under your care.</li><li>Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content for Center Parcs and all associated sub‑brands and events, including a broad range of content for our master brand and ESG initiatives, as well as key communications for sub‑brands such as Aqua Sana Forest Spa, and our food, beverage, and leisure offerings.</li><li>Edit and adapt content into multiple formats, repurposing assets from one production to maximise their reach across a variety of owned and paid channels.</li><li>Proactively generate creative ideas, identify opportunities, and suggest stories for our content calendar to keep our channels fresh and relevant.</li><li>Collaborate with specialist creators to vary output; work with photographers, videographers, animators and other creatives to support production, drive engagement, and showcase our brand authentically.</li><li>Work with the wider social team in development and creation of engaging, social‑first content – images, videos, copy/caption ideas, and stories – across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, in collaboration with the Forest House (HQ) wider marketing team.</li></ul><h3>Why Join</h3><p>This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand comes to life across some of the UKs most loved destinations. Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm. This role will be hybrid with regular travel between our Longleat Forest village in Wiltshire, Woburn Forest village in Bedfordshire and our Forest House in Nottinghamshire.</p><h3>About You</h3><h3>Essential Requirements</h3><ul><li>A full UK driving licence</li><li>Flexibility to travel to our locations across the UK with frequent weekly travel at our different village sites</li><li>Flexibility to occasional irregular working hours to ensure photoshoot content outside of standard village operational hours to minimise disruption to our guests</li><li>Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, travel, or hospitality</li><li>Experience of commercially driven social media content creation supported by a strong portfolio of work</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube</li><li>Excellent writing, creative, and communication/presentation skills</li><li>Creative storyteller: able to generate ideas, plan and script content and present concepts using mood boards or storyboards</li></ul><h3>Desirable Requirements</h3><ul><li>Confident in framing and filming raw content and capturing imagery using mobile devices or cameras. Strong photography, videography and editing skills, with the ability to work effectively with graphics and sound.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Brandwatch, Sprout Social and Facebook Insights.</li><li>Experience with professional creative software is preferred, including Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva.</li><li>Ability to work within a corporate business structure and collaborate across teams and build relationships with senior stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Our Values</h3><p>Each colleague at Center Parcs is involved in building better worlds for our guests, colleagues, communities and our environment.
