We are looking for a number of new Learning Consultants to join our team as our agency rapidly expands.
This role calls for someone who can seamlessly knit client requirements with data driven learning solutions, to a high quality and agreed deadlines. The role will require a strong understanding of learning design, and the delivery of multiple assets, both digital and in-person.
The Learning Consultant will take ownership for ensuring that assets are delivered to the highest level of quality and on time. They will consult effectively with clients, build trust and credibility and translate this into a strong long-term working relationship. They will be adept at internal team liaison throughout the project term. They will by nature have a thirst for knowledge and be creative and innovative.
Salary: £40-45k depending on experience

Experience
* 2 years plus experience in a digital agency or similar
* Enterprise Client experience
* Proven experience in scoping, designing, and delivering complex projects
* Proven experience in integrating current and future trends in adult learning, motivation techniques and communications into solutions/projects to create value for clients
Qualifications
* Ability to engage with our Asana or similar project management systems, and other relevant products to drive visibility of action and progress
