What You'll Do: Analyse future projects and conduct market research to support the Business Development team. Develop pricing strategies and propose rental levels, operating pricing, and assumptions. Prepare operational models to ensure accurate cost inputs for specific sites. Own the ongoing development of pricing and NOI models to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Conduct site surveys, gather relevant information, and prepare quotations for key account clients. Collaborate with colleagues and managers from different departments to deliver effective solutions. Provide market intelligence on rental levels and occupancy, both internally and externally. Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance our business partnerships. Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and finance teams to achieve shared goals. Manage and prioritise your workload to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Adaptability and willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays (valid UK driving license required). What You'll Bring: Strong financial and analytical skills to develop pricing models and assumptions. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise duties.
